Right now somebody in one of your towns is searching for exactly what you do. If you don't have a page for that search, Google shows them your competitor instead. I build those pages, run your Google listings, and keep it all working, for less than a third of what a marketing hire costs.
You've built something good. The people who need it are searching for it right now, today, and they are finding somebody else. Here is what that usually looks like.
When somebody searches "furnace repair Rockford," Google goes looking for a page about furnace repair in Rockford. If your site has one page listing all your services and all your towns, you have nothing specific to show. So Google shows the competitor who does.
People search for one thing at a time. Implants. Invisalign. Drain cleaning. Panel upgrade. Roof replacement. Each one needs its own page, not a bullet point on a list.
Nobody searches "plumber." They search "plumber in Rockford." Every town you serve needs a page that says so, whether or not you have a building there.
If you have offices, each one needs a real page with its own address, hours, and staff. Not a pin on a map.
You have a business to run. After the kickoff call, this costs you about an hour a month.
I'll have already looked at your site and counted what's missing. You leave that call knowing exactly where you're losing customers, whether you ever hire me or not.
In 90 days you get a page for every service and every town, your Google listings cleaned up and managed, and call tracking so you can see it working. I do the work. You say yes or no.
Customers start finding you instead of the other guy, and every month you get one page telling you how many of them called.
You didn't get into this business to manage Google listings at 9 PM. Here is what stops being your problem.
Rebuilt properly, kept current and fast, and built to turn a visitor into a phone call instead of a dead end.
Every service you sell and every town you serve gets its own page, so Google finally has something of yours to show.
Claimed, cleaned up, kept current, every review answered. You stop thinking about them entirely.
Not just your home town. Every market you serve, including the ones you have no building in.
Articles and email going out under your name every month. You do not write a word of it.
One page, once a month, in plain English. How many people called, where they came from, what happens next.
Businesses that do great work should not lose to businesses that just market better.
I would rather you rule yourself out here than spend thirty minutes finding out on a call. Here is who this actually works for.
Not rankings on a chart. These are the things you will notice.
One number. No setup fee, no build fee, nothing due before we start. The website, every page you're missing, your Google profiles, lead capture, and call tracking are all part of it. A marketing director who could do this costs $130,000 to $160,000 plus benefits, takes four months to hire, and might not work out.
By day I run the entire marketing department for a healthcare company with more than 140 locations. Not a team I manage. Me, one person, with an AI system I built and run every single day.
That is why I can do this at the price I do, and it is why I am not scaling up to your problem. I am scaling down to it.
I am also an owner-operator, same as you. I have run a youth volleyball club for ten seasons and a design business with my wife. I have personally sold more than $7 million online. I know what marketing at the kitchen table at 9 PM feels like, and I know what it takes to make it unnecessary.
I live in Northern Illinois with my wife and three daughters. I say what I will do, I do it, and I show you the receipts every month.
Book a 30-Minute CallBecause there is one salary here: mine. The AI system does the production work a junior team would do at an agency, and I have no office, no account managers, and no sales department to feed. You are paying for judgment and execution, not overhead.
Fair question. Yes, I have a day job, and that day job is the reason to hire me. I am not someone who read about this. I do it Monday through Friday at a scale larger than yours. You are buying four to six hours a week from someone who has already solved your problem, instead of twenty hours a week from a coordinator who has never seen a fifteen-location rollout. And you get me in one business day, every time, in writing. If I ever cannot hold that standard I will tell you before you notice it yourself.
That is the honest trade, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. What makes it survivable: everything lives in your accounts, in your name, on a platform any competent person can pick up. There is no proprietary system holding your business hostage, and the workflows are documented. If that risk is disqualifying, you should hire an agency, and I will tell you so on the call.
I do. Every client, every deliverable, every report. The AI system multiplies my output, but nothing ships without my hands on it. I take on new clients only when I can hold the same standard for the ones I already have, and I will tell you straight if that ever stops being true.
Google penalizes unhelpful content and has said so directly. It does not care how it was produced. What it penalizes is thin, duplicated, nobody-reviewed-this content, and there is plenty of that written by humans. AI does production here. I do the strategy, the local specifics, and the review, and nothing publishes that I have not read. Your page for a given town has that town's details on it, because that is what makes it rank.
Probably, and possibly more than for a multi-location group. Locations are not what matters, searches are. If you sell six services and draw customers from eight neighborhoods, that is fourteen different searches people are making, and you probably have two pages. One building, fourteen searches, twelve of them going to somebody else. Bigger gap, better margins, and one person makes the decision instead of a committee.
Neither, and I am not going to start. The day I am managing your ad spend is the day I am on budget calls instead of building your pages. And social media is a full-time job that has very little to do with whether people can find you at the moment they are ready to buy. I do search. That is the whole thing, and it is why I am good at it. Hire a media buyer if you want ads, and I will make sure every page they send traffic to actually converts, which is usually where the money is leaking anyway.
No. Nothing up front, nothing at signing beyond your first month. Most agencies charge eight to fifteen thousand to rebuild a site before you have seen a single result from them. I would rather earn it. The rebuild, every page, the Google profile cleanup, the lead capture and the call tracking are all inside the monthly.
HVAC and plumbing companies are generally advised to put 7 to 12 percent of revenue into marketing. Dental practices, 3 to 5 percent of collections. A three million dollar company on my Foundation plan is spending about 1.4 percent. In most cases I am replacing a web guy and a small agency retainer rather than adding on top of them.
You commit to six months, then you are month to month with thirty days notice. Six is not a sales tactic, it is honestly how long this takes: local search does not show real movement until around day 120, so anything shorter means you pay for the setup and leave right before the results. Everything I build, the website, the content, the Google profiles, is yours and stays yours. One honest note: local search moves on Google's timeline. Expect early movement at 60 to 90 days and real ranking change at 120 to 180. Anyone promising leads in 30 days is running paid ads or lying to you.
No. Multi-location and high-revenue local service businesses: dental and specialty dental groups, chiropractic and orthopedic practices, and home services and trades companies doing $2M or more. I do not work with physical therapy companies, because that is my employer's business and I will not work against them. If you are not a fit, I will tell you on the call and point you somewhere useful.
You can, and I will teach that someday. But AI is a power tool, and a power tool does not build the deck. Twenty years of knowing what to build is what you are hiring.
Thirty minutes, and you will leave knowing exactly which searches you are losing and what it would take to win them. If I am not the right fit I will tell you on the call and point you somewhere useful. Either way, you get the answer.
